About Pearl Tomato*
There are many different carotenoids and all different colors.
The more common known carotenoids are Beta Carotene (found in carrots) and Lycopene
(found in tomatoes). White tomatoes are without color but still have carotenoids, while
colorless the ingredient does not absorb visible light spectrum, instead it absorbs at a
lower or higher wavelength (UV or Infrared).
